Maxi's
TERRIBLE service & NO IDEA what RESPECT IS!!!

Im so freakn sick of the terrible attitude given by Maxi's. I go there almost every morning for a smoothie or coffee and visit them more than twice a week for lunch. I went to Maxi's again @ 15:30 today to by smoothies for me and my friend (takeaway order), finally I received the smoothies in a small coffee cup. As I said before, I order this alot and ALWAYS recieve it in a large green cup with a smiley face on it. I asked the female manager to please put it in a large cup seeing that it'snot nearly worth the money I paid, She politely tried to figure out the problem at hand. The male manager rushed to the front desk and told me that the cups are the same size and they always put it in that small cup. I told him to take the "" back and refund me (not implying that the product was bad, but the service) He went on yelling at me that I disrespected him and I am lying by stating that they always give it to me in a large cup. I demanded the refund and he only gave me half of the money back. I had to ask for the rest and eventullay got that. How the is someone so arogant appointed as a manager? I used to be in the restaurant business myself and I would have dismissed him on the spot!!
