After bad service where we waited for more than 30 minutes to get our order taken, we though we would give them another try, as they are the more convenient situated Mcdonalds, on route home after a long day at the office.

What a NIGHTMARE experience, went to the drive thru, firstly the intercom is out of order, secondly the cashier taking the order, hardly understands a word of English, and the need is for me to repeat myself 6 times before she can understand I want a sharebox (Beef) and 3 chocolate Sundae's.

After I paid, went to the next window to collect, there I was met with another unfriendly, staffmember telling me, please go park there BHUTI, your orda is busy preparing, thank you please call again.

Still keeping my cool... 15 minutes later I hear a knock on the window, with 1 Sundae, here is your order BHUTI, thank you, after explaining to her in English that I order R155, 00 worth of foods, namely a Sharebox and 3 Chocolate sundae's, she said that there must be a mistake and I should come back tomorrow after 8 am as her manager is off duty now.

I continued inside and got my order, after standing in another queue for 10 minutes.

HORRIBLE!!!

Cold food!

NEVER AGAIN.
