Loaded Chilli Cheese Fries - Do they exist??

I have been to several KFC in the last month and EVERY single time I need to hear the same excuse over and over again - "Oh we are currently out of stock" Why to you advertise a product that you don't have. If it was perhaps at one KFC I would have been more acceptable of the situation but this has been at several KFC's already.
And I also understand that it is a new product so maybe EVERYONE is buying it, but then you need to plan better to ensure there is sufficient stock to supply the demand of people.
I really hope you will attend to this matter as this is really ridiculous.
