Poor service

I went to kfc in silverton during my lunch break, i waited for a boxmaster meal for about 30 minutes because apparently only one person was preparing the food and the rest of the staff was busy with stock taking which is something that should not happen especially not during luch time (12h00 to 3h00) its an inconvinience for people on duty at those hours.and in kfc karenpark i waited at the drive thru for 35minutes late at night and there only 3 cars infront of me so i dont understand what the hold up was all about.incidents happened in 2 consecutive days.i really hope this gets addressed as i would be sad to see myself having to find other take out stores to give business to.
