Worst continuos service

Last year when i was heavily pregnant i went to KFC Silverton late in the evening to get some food at their drive through, the order was taken then i had to wait for close to 2 hours for the order, there was a long queue at the drive through and we were not even told what the delay was and when we tried to find out we were told the meat was not ready, i found this service very upseting but decided to let it go. This past Sunday i went to KFC Silverton again in the evening of my birthday to get some take aways and i waited for more than an hour, again we were not told anything while the cars were packed on the drive way, then when i tried to find out from the window after getting out of the car i was told that the guy who was the 1st on the queue ordered hot wings and they were not ready and that is what caused the chaos and delay, i dont understand why i have to wait for my order that is ready for more than an hour cause someone else's order is not ready. The staff at the Silverton KFC are incompetent and have no clue what costomer service is, they were busy making noise and laughing and showed no interest nor compassion for making us wait for so long, this is bad service at it's wo
