Bad/unsatisfactory service and food

We went for supper to Center Court Ushaka, the cavary did not have all the food avaliable, Crockery was dirty, there was no Puddings. my Daughter asked for Cream Soda and was told there was non avalable yet when the staf was having a meal one had cream soda, When we asked for the manager at first she was avaliable, then she was not on duty. They asked for our phone no. so that the manager to phone us on monday, we have still have not been phoned. When my wife Phoned them on Wednesday this week The same women who was not the manager was now the manager and was going to come back to us and again still nothing
