Distgusting service from staff and manage

My name is Tasmin Dry, On 4th July 2013 at 8pm we went to KFC in Malvern. We waited over 15minutes to get served at the counter, when we asked are you guys under staffed the lady said no we fine. While waiting for our order a young guy asked for a spoonn took over 5minutes to get one and he had ordered an ice cream but came with no spoon. Where is the logic in that? A guy asked for the manager, she took 5 minutes to come out and the customer complained about poor service she walked away while saying sorry! And all she said was sorry the rest of the staff stopped what they were doing to listen to the customer complain! We waited over 20 minutes for our food for just 3 people! We then waited 10minutes at the counter for them to pack our food. While all this is going on staff is walking in and out of shop not prepared to help anyone or to improve service delivery. The shop was not even busy. The people behind the tills were most of the time in the kitchen talking! This is not the first time this has happened to us and even customers inside the shop were saying its not the first time to them to!
