O' Hagans
I will never return here again!!!

We went to o hagans at hartebeesport dam. We were taken to our table we ordered a beer a water and a strawberry milkshake. finally the beer arrived and no milkshake we waited for 15min for the milkshake and to place an order but still nothing i called the floor manager 3 times he ignored me. Finally we decided to cancel our order as no one had still come to us. I went in said to the manager im leaving give me the bill for the beer as no one is helping us. Our table waitress totally ignored me she said nothing gave me the bill with a bad attitude the manager did not even apologise to us for the inconvinience. I then paid with a R200 note i waited for another ten minutes for change eventually my husband went in and said whats taking so long she said rudely to him i dont have 5 rands so my husband said keep the 5 rand just give me the rest of the change. there is no excuse for the way they acted towards us i would understand if you late if they were busy but they were not there were only 3 tables busy. This is a disgrace i will never be returning to o hagans again.
