"Talk to my Manager"

I understand that when a restaurant is busy food takes a little longer then normal. I believe in giving a person the benefit of the doubt. But when food takes long when a place is not busy that is just poor service. My mother and I went to have a nice lunch at Juicy Lucy, we ordered our lunch and waited and waited and waited 45mins... When we couldn't wait any longer we talked to our waiter, the waiter just said "talk to my manager" we then waited for the manager. The manager then proceeded to say our food was ready I said I am sorry but we have a appointment that we cannot be late for. Instead of listening to me he walked away and I had to ask the lady that was standing at the till to please help me, and she did but she was rudely interrupted by the manager. The manager then again rushed away talking in low voice I can only assume was more rudeness. If only the staff had such a nice makeover as the store. I will never go back their again not even for a free meal.
