Flies in my boxmaster meal

On the 27th of September I went to buy two boxmaster meals. The staff was on point with the delivery of our meal. However when we had to seat and enjoy our meal we had a problem with the flies that were flying all over our table. We ignored it and had our meal. As I was half way thru my box meal l found a fly dead in my boxmaster meal. When I showed it to the staff they apologiesed and offered to make me another meal. We accepted it as it wasn't their fault however we never had the meals we had to throw them away when we left the place.i wish the management team would work on killing the flies that are all over their resturent as I regretted buying the meal there instead of Mc donalds that's right next door that has never such incidents. I question our health inspectors on how they allowed the doors to open to the public when the are so many flies in that shop as if its not a big. Now I will never walk into any KFC as this is hard to forget.
