I went to the drive-thru and ordered 9 piece, 4Hot wings, Streetwise papa and Kiddies Meal, I Paid using my card the lady swapped my card and immediately she said to me transaction declined she said lets try again she said declined we end up paying Cash as I was waiting for my change sms and an email came through R161 reserved for purchase @ KFC I showed the lady that you triple charge me for my food she simple said no I showed her the message she kept on denying When I received my order, I checked that all of the food were in the bag on my surprise my hot wings went there, while I was arguing for being over charge through drive thru I was told (in a tone that sounded annoyed with the fact that I wanted the issue fixed) that it was easier to take care of my complain inside. So, I went inside and had to wait in line again to get to the front.. When I got to the inside Restaurant Manager with absolutely no customer service She implied that I was just trying to get my meals free
In addition to this allegation being false, my complain was handled in an extremely inappropriate manner. I was so upset by the situation and shocked at her attitude that I left the sto
