Billed twice and no refund

On the 25th June around 19h15, I purchased a meal at Meyerton KFC for R149.99. The drive thru cashier swiped my card and a purchase for this amount was reserved on my card and reflected via incontact message.
The cashier then told me that my card was declined but i told him that it was not possible since the billing did go through my account, i even showed them an sms which they ignored and asked me to run my card again. I refused and they called whom i think was the supervisor to correct the situation. When she arrived she told me that this has happened before and i would get my money the following day because the transaction will be automatically reversed. She then ran my card again and the same amount was reserved for purchase on my account for the same amount. For the second time i showed them that the amount was debited for the second time from my account. Today i checked my account and no refund occured since the purchase. I'm very upset about this because they are now telling me that i need to bring bank statement as proof of this debit and yet i have incontact sms'es on my FNB app as proof.
