Long wait for raw food

I went to the drive-thru and joined the queue with only two cars in front of me at approx. 7pm this evening.By the time we left it was 7.25pm. The server informed me that they had no paper bags and we had to have very thin see through bags instead. Unfortunately for her I could see people in the queue inside getting the non-existent paper bags - she had to get permission to give me one. Finally got home to find our zinger wings were pale, soggy and completely RAW on the inside. The chips were cold even though my son started eating them immediately. The whole point of the drive through is to get the stuff quickly - or so I thought. What it actually seems to be is a way to trap you that you can't escape from the line once you're fed up waiting. The food and the service were absolutely pathetic. I'll go across the road to McDonalds in future.
