Slow and disrespectfull

We placed an order by the drive thru where the lady told us to park as they were waiting on the wings. After waiting for 30 minutes I went inside and asked how long the order will take. Shirley then said they are still waiting thats when I saw her give to walk in customers each a bag of wings. A guy that also waited with me came straight after us and was waiting for 20 minutes.

When I finally received my order half the food was not in the bag and she just laughed and told the lady that gave it to me I must tell her what is missing.

This is completely unacceptable as this KFC is extremely busy and that attitude should be sorted out.

I will never go back there and wont recommend it to people.
