Raw Chicken

We were served raw chicken wings. I received an apology over the phone from the store, but that kind of apology would help for poor service, a burned chip or an overcooked steak. I am not comforted by their effort and dont belive in their product anymore. I had a similar incident with undercooked food at the panaroti's and even the owner of panarotis lickeng his fingers while working in the kitchen???

Raw chicken is a helath hazard and not acceptable. Maybe if I didnt have to pay for the meal or were asked to come back to try the perfect wings again I could have been more comforted. What if it was my brothers kids, they would not have noticed and kept eating the food. Not good.
