Waiting in the Parking Bay for food

Good day

Driving through the drive through, not even lunch rush and i had to wait 11 minutes in the parking for a Salad

waiting is not an issue as they told me they waiting for the chicken however the car vbefore me had to wait and while i was waiting another 4 cars came to park

So meaning every car going through the drive through had to park

Whats the point of drivethru? They need to be better prepared

Its not my problem if they get penalized for cars waiting long in the queue, maybe i should insist on staying next time
