DRIVE THRU

The Drive thru at Mcdonalds in Montana has the poorest client service i have ever seen, i have now on numurous occasions stood in a queue just to come to the front and ask for ice cream and guess no ice cream and i have suggested to put a board in front of the drive thru to say "NO ICE CREAM " so that you don't have to stand in the queue, but it falls on dead ears, really you try to help by making suggestions that can improve their clientservice and then they still carry on
