Bad Service

The service I received from Romans Pizza in Sunninghill was pathetic. I went to the store on 26.01.2013, I placed my order and Petronella assisted me. She stated my order will take 25 minutes. I did understand that they were busy. I waited for 30 minutes. I still did not receive my order. Only after my boyfriend called into the store was I assisted. That was after 50 minutes. That is the longest I have ever waited for a Pizza. I will never purchase anything from Romans again.
