Bad Service

I visited the KFC in orange grove (Louis Botha). My friend was ordering his meal and I was standing in line. The service was very slow and could not pass for "fast food" at all. Eventually, when it was my turn to order, I was over-looked and the person behind me was served first as if I was transparent. I decided not to order as I was angry by this point as this was not the first time this has happened. Infuriated, I decided to wait with my friend. A fellow customer started to chat to me saying he knows very well that this particular KFC always gives him bad service unlike others he has been to. I have tried to use the drive-thru facility a few times and the card machine is always not working, needing tme to come inside, I no longer bother with the drive thru anymore. I am absolutely fed up with this KFC!! at one time I ordered a take away, and there was part of the order missing... I have no intention of ever returning to this branch, when did service become an option!?
