TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM ROMANS HATFIELD

I am now so livid that I was willing to take out my laptop at 20:30 at night to write this complaint!

I phoned Romans Hatfield at 19:45 to place an order for 2 pizzas and the guy told me 10-15 minutes. My husband waited 50 (FIFTY!!!) minutes for our pizza. The guys behind the counter were all just hanging around.

My husband orders from there a lot for the office as well and they have to wait every single time!!!

I am so sick and tired of these companies wasting our time? Why do I phone before driving through that we don't have to wait so long for pizza then they still take their sweet time? I could have driven to the store, bought supplies and made my own pizza in less time.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service Romans. Will rather pay more and get Debonairs next time.
