Rotten rice and stale chips

Good day

Just a warning to everyone, I bought 2 fish and prawn combos from the Northgate Ocean Basket, which comes with chip/rice.
I opted for 1/2 chips and 1/2 rice which I normally buy so am accustomed to the taste (I normally use the Brightwater Commons branch which has excellent food and service).
Upon getting home and openning the food, the rice smelt off, I tried a chip and it was dry and stale. Very dissapointed I returned to the outlet where the manager tried to feed me some story about a flavourant that makes the rice taste/smell stale? No explanation for the chips and no apologies. I did not even want to try the actual seafood lest I get sea food poisoning and requested my money back.

The food is bad and the service even worse, no need to say I will not be going back there again.
