CONNED BY OCEAN BASKET MBABANE NO CHIPS ON ORDER

I ordered King Clip for R94.00 plus a salad of R32.00 as take away and went somewhere to buy other things. When I came back my order was ready as take away wrapped into a plastic bag. Now when I got home I discovered that in the box was only fish without Chips and Rice??? This happened on 05/10/2013 Saturday.

I then called immediately and informed Allisteer the manager present at the time of which he told me to come back and get a refund. I told him that I couldn't come back since I stay far away from town. He said I could come back on Sunday 06/10/2013 of which I did after church only to be told by the manager present that Allisteer was not in and they cant do a refund the only thing they can do is to give me my chips and rice. I was not really interested in the refund but I expected them to come up with something considering that I had to drive up and down wasting my fuel for a single order, furthermore they went on to tell me that I ordered the fish like that without the rice or chips.

I eventually told them just to keep their chips and rice and forget about it as i am not gonna buy from that shop again. All I ask is for their staff to have positive attitude.
