Quality of food not as great as what it used to be

I ordered take away from Ocean Basket Table View.

Usually, whenever i got takeaways, or sat down in the restaurant with my family, the food was always of exceptional quality.

This time was different. I was, however, met with the most enthusiastic, and well-mannered waiter i have had in a long time. He was brilliant, and so friendly and helpful. When i forgot my card in the shop, he phoned me to pick it up.

But, after driving all the way from Tview to Century City, i get home to discover the food was not the best. The fish that i got was clearly I&J pre-battered fish, and the calamari was equivalent to that bought from Checkers or PnP. There was hardly any sauce to accompany the fish and mussels. The chips were stale, and the rice undercooked.

I do not complain without reason. Every other time i have ordered a platter for one, i got stunning, fresh, well-cooked line fish, calamari tubes and heads, and the food was always hot and fresh. This time, it was like i got the leftovers.

I am deeply disappointed, as this Ocean Basket was always the one that i compared the others too. Sadly, now it is like just the rest.
