Unusually bad food

Hello Ocean Basket

Let me start off by saying that I am totally addicted to your food and 99% of the time it is just excellent! I had a bad experience last night, however. I always order fish and prawns with half rice and half chips. This time the different components were all different temperatures. I had one prawn that was ice cold, others hot and lukewarm. The same with the two pieces of fish. The chips, which are usually my favourite, were cold and very chewy. It was disappointing because I usually enjoy my meal immensely.
