COMPLAINT to Mimmos CENTURION JEAN AVE - ORDER NO 96

I would like to know why 3 x large pizzas took 50 minutes to be prepared? I ordered my 3 large pizzas over the phone Check No: 57069 at 18:40 17/09/2013 - the server number is 15.

2 of the customers that ordered directly from the take away counter was received their pizzas before me.

I complained at the Manager who just was no help and tried to convince me that the order was executed at normal times and there is nothing he can do - is it just me or is that just?

I also told him that I am going to write this complaint online to which he just laughed it off...

I am NOT impressed, and if this complaint is not handled in a satisfactory manner, I will take this further online.

So, it is almost 24 hours now since I logged it on [URL Removed] and nobody contacted me yet - so like I said, I am taking it further on line.

I do not know what Mimmos will do about this, but rather get your pizza somewhere else ;-)
