Food tasteless, stale and raw

Yesterday I bought lunch at Ocean Basket in Eastgate Mall (Rice, prawns and fish). First, the staff is so unprofessional and they lack people skills - as though they were never properly trained for their jobs. As a female customer I don't need unnecessary attention from their black male waiters, they need to be put in their place. When a woman comes to buy food from their restaurant, it doesn't mean that they are seeking unnecessary and unwanted attention from their male waiters.

Secondly, the fish was so tasteless and stale. The rice was still raw. It's so disappointing of Ocean Basket - Eastgate, really their standard is decreasing all because of unprofessional and unethical staff. I wonder if they'd be able to eat the raw rice, nevermind the tasteless and stale fish.
