Mugg And Bean
Pathetic Service!!!

I have just returned from the N1 City Branch of Mugg & Bean. I have never been so appalled or angered by poor service in my life!
I asked to get a take away - there were no waiters available to serve me, so the manger assisted me. he first took my order, then forgot the order, then finally placed it. I placed my order at 14.25pm. about 4 other families arrived after I did. 30 mins later, I asked to speak to the manager, as I still had not received my order, and all the tables around me, who arrived later than I did, had received theirs. my request was ignored.
after another 15 mins (45 mins altogether), I received my order- 15.10pm, cold as ice, with no apology from a waiter who never served me- and I never saw the manager. pathetic, inconsiderate and totally unacceptable are not enough words to describe my disbelief at this service, I would advise anyone wishing to get a take away from here to go straight after breakfast, because your going to wait a of a long time before you see lunch!
