Ad service bad attitude

On wednesday the 1st of jan 2014 atabout 11am we went to the mugg and bean in knysna we ordered coffee
and softdrinks as well as a chocolate overload waffle we received our drinks and then had to wait for more than
30 mins for our waffle but instead of it coming we were told that they made it wrong and we had to wait
for the next one in the meantime there were other tables in the outdoor section that also had to wait for their order
in excess of 30 mins and when it came it was also incorrect when speaking to manager (jaco) we are told we have to understand that thy are busy
and long waits in a really condescending tone as a resident of knysna i find that
this bad planning bad service and bad attitude are not something that are needed in knysna
how do you expect customers to come back with such service as this is not the first time
we have had bad service there it is embarresing and personally i will not recommend anyone to go there or return there
