Went to celebrate end of exams by having a breakfast date with my bestie. Unfortunately it was one disappointing morning. Went to Mugg and Bean at the Secunda Mall and ordered Eggs Benedict. Our meals took 30 mins to come, when it did the eggs were completely raw (the white was still clear and runny). We sent it back to the kitchen and they took another 30 minutes before the reorder came. The reorder was a new egg on the same half eaten bun that had the initial raw eggs on it. We called for a manager and it took another 10 mins before she came. When she did she was very apologetic and said we must tell our story to her manager. When he came, he says according to the order, we ordered the eggs that way. Who orders raw eggs? We showed the eggs to the waitress before it was send back, when the manager asked her if it was raw she said she couldn't remember. how convenient? It was our 1st time there and the last. the service was pathetic and was manager us off more. Never again. Really disappointing I tell you.
