Rude Waiters & Unsatisfactory Service

This is the third time I have went to this particular Spur and all all 3 occasions the waiters were obnoxious, did not listen to orders of what I wanted and the service in general is very poor.

The latest incident involved the waiter arguing with me over how a dessert should be. In this case it was a warm dessert that SHOULD have been served warm, instead it was served FROZEN. After bringing this to the waiters attention he argued that he knows his job and is definitely right. I showed him on the menu that the dessert says it is served warm. Without any apology he grabbed the plate and soon returned it warm.

Later I asked for the bill and had to wait 25mins for it with no further feedback from the waiter. I had to call a manager to bring me my bill.

As I have said this is the 3rd time I've experienced problems with this Spur yet this is the first time I've complained here about it.

This Spur is POOR. I usually go to Falcon Lake Spur which is EXCELLENT. I go to Falcon Lake at least once a week. I'll never be going back to Burning Spear.
