Worst Service EVER

Last night my friend and I went to Spur Irene Mall like we do at least once a month.
For the first time we experienced the worst service at this Spur.
It was not that busy and there was more than enough waiters.
Outside there was a max of 5 tables occupied.
My friend and I were one of these tables.
We waited more than 45minutes for our food and when we got it, it was ice cold.
The waiter hardly came to our table and during our meal he never showed his face so we couldn't complain about the cold food and we were beyond hungry at that stage.
I had to go to a manager to ask for service after half an hour we finished our meal.
I told this same manager earlier the evening that the service war very poor.
It was as if they just didnt care.
The manager told me they were under staffed which I disagree with.
I was also a waiter at Spur back in my younger days. Irene Mall Spur WAS NOT busy last night and there was more than enough waiters for the amount of tables. If the waiters or management cant handle the pressure than they should be replaced. I have worked as a waiter in much more busier conditions and never was service that poor.
I dont think i will ever go back to Irene Mall Spur.
