Continuous bad experience at this specific branch

I have had multiple bad experiences at spur, ranging from things being out of stock as well as delayed service and attitude from the waiters. However I continued to go back giving spur the benefit of the doubt and last night 12 November 2013 was the last straw. A friend and I went to the Spur for dessert and ordered a Pecan Nut Sunday. we had eaten about an 8th of the ice cream when we realised something in it was rotten. We then called the manager who took it away and never returned to apologise for horrific quality of the food. the waiter then returned about ten minutes later, also with no apology asking us if we want another one with a different sauce. we declined the offer as we were feeling sick and which later lead to us having stomach problems when we got home. I informed the waiter that we were going to leave as we were not happy with the service we were getting he started to remove everything off the table while we were still there. I am very unhappy with the service and quality of Stellenbosch spur.
