Waiters ignore customers

I went to spur at Birchwood and had to wait the longest time for a waiter to assist me. The waiters ignored us and I had to stand up and get my own menu. I then had to wait a lengthy period before my table's order was taken. The waiter/manager was very rude.

The bad treatment could be because I'm black or this spur has really bad service. Either way such behavior must be rectified. When I go out, I expect great service which I pay for.
