Spur Steak Ranches
Really poor service

In one meal, the following occured
@ waiter brought the food with the side sauce poured over the steak. I was told they'd "run out of bowls" so decided to just pour it all on the steak
@ after receiving the food, I ate it and waited another 20 minutes without seeing my waiter once. The waitress for nearby tables appeared at least 5 times in the same period.
@ eventually he walked past and picked up my plate without asking me if I needed anything. I stopped him and told him I had been waiting a while and wanted to order something else
@ he walked off without the order, and I assumed he eas going to fetch an order pad or menu
@ he returned a while later with the bill
@ I got cross, but ordered my dessert cake. He didn't ask cream or ice-cream, and left. I was still so cross about the bill that I didn't think of it till he returned with dessert with ice cream (I always have cream)
@ while i was eting the dessert the waiter appeared and I asked for an Amarula hot chocolate. Knowing I had a poor waiter I pointed to it on the promo card on the table to make sure
@ i received a cold hot chocalate without Amarula
@ the manager (without any name badge or Spur branding) mumbled a sorry
