IS IT BECAUSE I`M BLACK!

To whom it may concern
I'm writing this letter as I am deeply unsatisfied with your customer service. My family dined at your establishment on the 1st August 2013, and had a pleasant evening, until one of your members of staff, who was clearly under the influence of some or other substance proceeded to cause a scene. He approached our table and tried to grab my hand, when I pulled my hand back and shouted " IS IT BECAUSE I`M BLACK" he then walked into the kitchen. But it did not end there. Every time he walked from the kitchen to the passage he would give me dirty looks. I reporting it to management on duty but by this time had already paid my bill and was various so I left it in their hands. The following day I phoned in and asked to speak to the General Manager, The manager on duty took my details down and said he would look into it and call me back. Now I don't know how many times this has taken place for management to be somewhat nonchalant about plain disrespectful and embarrassing behavior that is directed at diners.
