Staff walking on their socks in the kitchen!

To whom it may concern:

Myself, my husband and daughter went to KFC on 30Dec to have a late lunch.

I start out with very slow service from the cashiers/tellers when I placed my order and the place was not even that full. Me and my family went to go have a seat right at the back next to the toilet while waiting for our order. Just when we were comfortable and starting to enjoy our lunch one of the staff members comes walking through the kitchen door on her socks.

I was so disgusted and asked one of the other staff to call the manager. When the manager finally came to our table she gives some lame apology and excuse that she is still very new there and that she will let the guilty lady sign a warning and take it up with her bosses the next day.

The manager asked one of the other staff to call the guilty party out of the toilet and she entered the kitchen AGAIN WITHOUT SHOES!

I love KFC but that was definitely my last lunch that I will ever buy from them.
This happened on Monday 30 Dec 2013, not sure of the time and I even have a picture of the guilty party as proof. NB: The date and time line below does not allow me to change the date.
