Worst Food and Service at Dros Stellenbosch

A very hungry and Tired Absa Cape Epic Crew went out for dinner. Out of the 13 people, 11 people where unsatisfied with their food. The chef has no idea what he was doing, and do not belong in a kitchen. The patties where charcoal, all the steaks where either undercooked, or overcooked. If you asked for a medium rare you received well done. Ask for medium and you received rare. Two of the guys send their food back after releasing that they will not be able to swallow the rubber like steak.

When asked to speak to management, bad attitude was given. Floor manager, stood with his hands folded over his chest not interested in what I had to say. After my complaint, the answer given to me was that no one else complained tonight, and therefore he is not bothered with our complaint. He turned around and walked into the kitchen.

This is terrible and I will never support any Dros ever again.
