Bad Service and Hygiene at Doppio Zero Greenside

We have been coming here for many years, but the management of late sometimes loose the plot. They are also in the process of loosing our support.

Last night, we were a table of 4. We waited for more than an hour for our order. It wasn't very busy - many vacant tables around us. Not acceptable...

Again their mens bathroom was messy and again there wasn't any hand wash. This has happened before and management were not too interested. Kitchen staff going to the bathroom and not washing their hands properly and touching your food, may in most situations lead to a really bad case of Hepatitis A for the customer. Unacceptable... I spoke to the manager on duty, but he was not interested in my issues.
