Dros gateway pathetic customer service! too!

Hey guys, wanted 2 report that the dros restaurant in gateway durban gives the worst & most shocking customer service! my family & I went there a week ago to have couple of drinks and catch a bite.our waiter, victor took 15 min 2 bring the drinks & another 20 min 2 bring menus! after he brought our menus he disappeared & was nowere 2b seen after dat! we then spoke 2 waiter mike who also neva returned 2 the table until we called him.he was flirting with girls in the toilet & he's! we then asked mike 2 call the manager on duty n he& demanded that we provide a reason y we want 2 c the manager.and so the manager on duty arrived who was stem.he did not understand english and had a smerk on his face while we were informing him about da complaint.he gave us the senior managers number, pearleen who sed dat she wil get bk 2 us the next day but did not get bk 2 us! we had 2 go back there & speak to her & she sed that she misplaced our number! what kind of service is dat from the senior manager? the gm was also there that day but he refused 2 speak 2 us! I urge 2 ppl 2 plz not dine there! service is low pathetic & shocking from both management & waiters! plz ppl don't waste ur time & money there!!!
