Health Service needs to come and check up on you

What happened to hygiene. While waiting for my order in DRIVE through for over 15 minutes while over 10 staff members in the kitchen are just shuffling around and more interested in what is around the corner (tv perhaps?). One staff member is picking in her ear and then half way using utensil to place chicken burger on bun, BUT then with the same hand she picked her inside of her ear place the top of the bun onto the burger! MY burger I'm suppose to be eating. Then while waiting for the rest of the food getting dragged out to complete they still focusing in communication with each other (non work relates) while I have angry customers behind me hooting away. I called one of the staff over and asked to see the manager, I did not want to eat a burger that had been touch by someone's hands (including knowing she was picking at her ears. I asked why they used their hands and not gloves. She told me they not allowed to use gloves. I told her I wanted the manager and I want my money back. She walked away and finished my order and ignored request for refund. She handed me the packed and walked away. I drove off and when I got home I threw the disgusting order away. Disgusting!
