Extremely discontented customer

On the 25th of July 2013 I went to purchase 4 box meals at KFC since this is a treat I give my family once a month. I purchased these meals close to 10.00 pm that evening as I had just returned from collecting my son from a friend. Upon returning home we were disgusted to find that the mash in all the box meals were covered in a very watery oily type of gravy. Making the mash look like a liquid. as a result not one of us got to enjoy the meal. I was very dissapointed and as a result it has made me not want to purchase any futher meals at KFC. Since this was after 10.00pm in the evening I was not prepared to go back and have this exchanged.
