How does this McDonals function

Almost every time I visit McDonalds across from SanRidge, there is some sort of issue. Here are a list of my most recent experiences:
-Out of Ice cream (Happens occasionally)
-Drive through closed for no apparent reason during lunch time on a week day. People queueing onto the road. Drive through reopened just before 2pm. Lazy staff?
-Out of Coca-cola. Seriously? Never even though that would be possible. Happens occasionally.
-Wait for 30 mins for my order. See it sitting on the counter. Cashiers too lazy to let me know its ready. I take it without anyone asking whether or not its mine.

Summary: Whoever is responsible for running this branch should be fired. Dont respond to this complaint. I will not return.
