Never has what you want!!! (false advertising)

Went to KFC in Bothasig, ordered a cheesy BBQ twister because there is a huge signboard advertising this new meal only to be told "This store doesn't stock that sauce"... Huh?
Anyway we then changed our order. We were told there is no milkshakes either.
We were never asked which cold drinks we wanted and landed up with all cold drinks being Fanta. When we asked why, we were told they had no other cold drinks available.
Upon arriving home and opening our meals (1 x Zinger box meal and 1 x Original box meal) we noticed no chilli salt, spoons for the mash, No tomato sauce or serviettes.
Both meals came in the same type of box (original box meal packaging) and the contents was mixed up between the two different meals.
This type of issue has happened on numerous occasions at this specific store!!!
