Swimming in Mash & Gravy

On Sunday night we went to our local KFC to order 4 x Fully Loaded box meals. When we arrived at home the mash & gravy in all 4 boxes have messed cause the lids did not fit properly. Everything was covered in mash & gravy. We tried several minutes to phone the branch to report it and when they answered they expected us to go back and collect new mash and the matter of the lids was reported to the head office however they have done nothing about it. Why replace the mash if everything is full of this and why do I need to go back and collect new ones if this was known to them and they have done nothing to inform the customer or to put it seperate. Then the chicken pieces we received was also very dry as if it was heated for to long. This is unacceptable and I am not happy with the service I received from KFC.
