KFC
No substitute for gravy & mash

Good Day

This evening I bought a streetwise feast from KFC Umthatha. I was aware that the the meal comes with gravy and mash wish I asked the attends to exchange for colesaw as I am not a fan of the gravy & mash. When I got home only to find out that it was only gravy with no mash. I had to go back to the store to explain to Xhanti that there is no mash in their gravy and can he kindly exchange it for the colesaw. He bluntly refused to do so. So I decided to leave the gravy by the store. In other KFC stores or franchises they can exchange their gravy & mash for colesaw why couldn't they do the same. Frustrated customer who bought a street feast with no gravy & mash.
