The Customer is always wrong with Debonairs

I was uterly disgusted when I was contacted by obviusly the area manager for Debonairs trying to tell me that it was my and my recetionists fault that the Pizza was wrongly delivered. It seems to be the modus operandi because I see more complaints than compliments on this site. It is really sad when you start blaming your customers for your mistakes and now they have gone to far. Port Elizabeth is a very small town and I have alot of family and friends here. I will make sure that they will know about this event and that they will no longer support this franchise. I really still cant believe how this was handled and how they want to try and wiggle their way out of this. Sis Luigi and please dont contact me again, I dont want anything from you or from Debonairs, I would rather like to never hear the name Debonairs again!!!
