Unprofessional terrible service

Macdonald must not say they have a 24/7 service when their servce after hours is so horrible, i was in a drive through for axactly 1:15 min when i got to the front i needed to a Loo so bad after waiting for so long they refused to let me use a loo saying its company policy, i dont mind that but how can they not help when their service is so poor, if i was in and out of there i would have never needed a toilet the stuff was not helpful at all they are every rude.

They need a system that will make their drive through effient.
