Lack of good faith - won voucher reversed

End of May we went to MK with ST Cathrine school for a mothers day and they were running a compettion as well. I have won a voucher for four people for 12 months to the value of R250.00 each month. My first outing was in June were the manager told me that the school SGB has made a mistake by giving 12 people 12 vouchers for 12 months each. He promised me that he is going to find out from the school as to how to solve the problem. He also promised to call me the very same week to advise me. To date, he has failed to call me and advise. I believe i am not involved to their mistakes, i believe he is breaking the competition contract and again where is the decency of his promise to call me back with the feedback.
