Menu List in the wrong place

I am not a fan of MacDonald, but i am expecting their service to meet the minimum and acceptable standards. I went to MacDonald on the 11th of January 2013, went through their drive thru, the menu list right next to the ordering telecom/, upon my arrival, i browsed through their menu and the lady who took orders immediately expected me to place an order. She became annoyed, if not impatient for taking sometime to place an order. Nonetheless, i placed an order and proceeded through for payment and enquired who was helping me to place an order, she responded by saying its not her.

I wonder why doesn't MacDonald be like other drive thru's, where the menu list is before the placing order telecom, this will enable the customer to take its time and when he or she reaches the order telecom, she or he is ready. Please update your drive thru process, by placing the menu list where it belongs and the ordering telecom where it belongs.
