Disgusted with service recieved

On Saturday 27.03.13 at around 16:20 we went to McDonalds Brackenhurst, as my son wanted an
ice cream, we waited in the que for approximately 20 mins if not more. Once we place our order we
proceeded to the paying window. When we arrived at the paying window they informed us that their
ice cream was to soft they could not supply us after a 25 min wait and a very unhappy son we left empty handed. I am utterly disgusted with this. I went to an opposition not to far where I was served and received what I needed. McDonalds Brackenhurst wont see me anytime soon.
